Find and replace text in a document
You can find instances of text in the document that you are editing
and replace a single instance, or all instances, with text that you specify.
- Tap.Find
- In theFindfield, type the word or phrase that you want to find in the document.
- To make your search case sensitive, tap.Case sensitive
- To make your search include only whole words, tap.Whole words
- To replace text, in theReplacefield, type the word or phrase that you want to replace the text that you typed in theFindfield.You can leave this field blank to remove instances of a word.
- Do any of the following:
- To find a word or phrase, or its next instance, tap

- To replace the highlighted instance of a word or phrase, tapReplace.
- To replace all instances of a word or phrase, tapAll.
- When you are done, tap the back button on your device.
