Manage visibility options for user messages and workflow fields
You can manage the visibility settings for the accountability template Messages and Workflow fields.
- In the navigation bar, clickAccount>Accountability Templates.
- On theAccountability Templatesscreen, select an accountability template or clickNew.
- On the accountability template details screen, clickSettings.
- On theAccountability Template Settingsscreen, click theUser Messages and Workflowtab.
- In theVisibility in Eventsection, do one of the following:
- SelectShow User Messages and Workflow section, then select the check boxes next to each option you want to make available to users who are creating events from the template.
- SelectShow as initially collapsedif you want the Messages and Workflow section to display in its collapsed state when the template is first opened by the event creator.
- SelectShow as read-only and prevent operator from editingif you the event creator to be able to see the Messages and Workflow section without being able to edit any fields in it.
- SelectHide User Messages and Workflow sectionif you do not want users who are creating events from the template to be able to see the Messages and Workflow section.
If a section of the template is not ready for publication, you cannot set the visibility options for that section to "Read-Only" or "Hide." - ClickApply.
