BlackBerry Work
, then after activating BlackBerry Work
on your device, make sure that the following is provided by your IT administrator:- Verify that you have the two-factor authentication app needed to access your network or resources. This application varies for each organization and will have its own unique set of instructions and conditions.
- Verify that you have an email message that contains a compressed token format (CTF) URL
- Read the email from your administrator that contains the compressed token format (CTF) URL.
- In the email, tap the link provided.
- Do one of the following
- If theRSAapp is not installed on the device, follow the information that displays to install the app, and then complete the token import process in the app.
- If theRSAapp is installed on the device, the app will open and you can complete the token import process in the app.
