Agent not communicating with CylanceHYBRID

Verify the following:
- Make sure the agent (version 1480 or later) is installed on the endpoint. To do so, locate the Cylance icon () in the system tray or check the list of apps installed on the endpoint.
- Make sure the agent is configured to communicate with yourCylanceHYBRIDvirtual appliance. For example, check for the registry entry on the device.
- Ensure the CA certificate used to sign the certificate and key used on yourCylanceHYBRIDvirtual appliance is installed on the endpoint in the Local Machine Certificate Store.
