If the above troubleshooting suggestions do not resolve your issue, before you contact
Cylance
Support, enable Debug logging on the
CylanceHYBRID
Status page, wait for at least 20 minutes, then download the log file and submit it to
Cylance
Support.
To Enable Verbose Logging
  1. Beside Logs, click .
  2. Click the
    Logging Level
    dropdown arrow, then select
    Debug
    (verbose logging).
  3. Click the checkmark to save the Logging Level.
  4. Wait at least 20 minutes to collect a sufficient amount of log information.
  5. Click
    Download Logs
    . The log file is saved as a compressed file to your local disk drive.
  6. Create a Cylance Support ticket and include the
    CylanceHYBRID
    log file.
