Agent not communicating with CylanceHYBRID

Verify the following:
- Make sure the agent (version 1480 or later) is installed on the endpoint. To do so, locate the Cylance icon (
) in the system tray or check the list of apps installed on the endpoint.
- Make sure the agent is configured to communicate with yourCylanceHYBRIDvirtual appliance. For example, check for the registry entry on the device.
- Ensure the CA certificate used to sign the certificate and key used on yourCylanceHYBRIDvirtual appliance is installed on the endpoint in the Local Machine Certificate Store.
