Import OVA and configure DHCP
This task is for
CylanceHYBRID
instances that use DHCP. If a static IP address is used, go to the Import OVA and Configure Static IP Address task.- In VMware vSphere, selectActions > Deploy OVF Template. The Deploy OVF Template window displays.
- Select the OVA file. ClickNext.
- Type a name for the virtual machine, and select a location. ClickNext.
- Select a computer resource. ClickNext.
- Review the details. ClickNext.
- Select storage and other settings, ClickNext.
- Select a network. ClickNext.
- ClickNext. Leaving the Custom Template fields blank will enable DHCP on the virtual appliance. Review the settings.
- ClickFinish.
