Restart the Cylance service Windows

, you must restart the Cylance
service.- Open the Device Details page (Devices > select the device) in theCylanceconsole, then change theSelf Protection LeveltoLocal Adminand clickSave.
- Edit the policy for the device (Settings > Device Policy > select the policy):
- Select the Protection Settings tab and uncheckPrevent service shutdown from device.
- ClickSave.
- To stop the Cylance service and driver, open the Command Prompt as an administrator, and execute the following commands:net stop cylancesvc net stop cylancedrv
- To start the Cylance service and driver, execute the commands (in the following order) in the Command Prompt:net start cylancedrv net start cylancesv
