You can use
Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollmentto deploy a large number of
Samsung Knoxdevices at one time. Your organization purchases devices from an authorized reseller or from a reseller that is willing to share the device IMEIs directly with
Samsungso that the device can use
Knox Mobile Enrollment. When a user sets up one of these devices for the first time, or resets a device to its factory settings, the device automatically downloads the
BlackBerry UEM Clientand starts the
BlackBerry UEMactivation process.
Note that if the user restarts the device before the activation completes, cancels the activation, or allows the battery to drain before activation the activation completes, the device automatically resets to factory settings and the activation process restarts.
Knox Mobile Enrollmentdoes not support Device Admin based enrollment on devices running
Android11 or later. For more information, see the Knox Mobile Enrollment 1.36 Release Notes.
- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickSettings > External integration > KNOX Mobile Enrollment.
- Download theUEMJSON file.
- Complete the steps on the screen.
After the activation completes, with the JSON file that you downloaded, compare the entry in the CFPrint section with the entry that you added when you configured
Knox Mobile Enrollment. If the entries are different, on the
Knox Mobile Enrollmentpage, in the
Custom JSON Datafield, copy the entire text from the .json file.
