Enable or disable the cache
You can enable or disable the caching function. The cache includes the following files:
- CylancePROTECTagents
- Centroids
- Global lists
- Policies
If you suspect that items stored in cache are corrupt or incomplete, you can clear the cache.
Clearing the cache removes all
Cylance
agent updates, Centroids, Global lists, and Policies.- On the Status page, in the Cache Settings section, turn caching on or off.
- If you turned caching off, clickDisable caching.
- To clear the cache:
- ClickClear Cache.
- ClickClear the cache.
