Create a device policy template

You can create device policy templates to apply to your customers’ tenants. This feature can streamline customer onboarding, product enablement, and the implementation process.
  1. In the
    Cylance
    Multi-Tenant Console
    , on the menu bar, click
    Tenant Configurations > Policies
    .
  2. On the
    Device Policy Templates
     tab, click
    Add Template
    .
  3. Type a name for the template.
  4. Configure the device policy settings.
    For more information about each device policy setting, see the Device policy documentation.
    Data privacy: The Data privacy option can be found in the Tenant Configurations > Policies > device policy, Data Privacy tab. You can enable this option and select the fields for which the agent will not send the associated data (for example, IP address, username, and hostname or FQDN) to the
    Cylance
     console. Note that when enabled, this feature might affect other functions such as the "Auto-upload of log files" on the Agent Settings tab will be disabled. 
  5. Click
    Save
    .
