Create a report
You can create custom reports with the data collected across all your tenants.
- In theCylanceMulti-Tenant Console, on the menu bar, clickReports.
- On theReportstab, clickCreate Report.
- Type a report name.
- From theReport Typedrop-down list, select one of the following reports:Report typeDescriptionAudit LogReports user activities performed in the console.Account DataReports data regarding user accounts.Partner UserReports data regarding partner users.Tenant DevicesReports data regarding tenant devices.Tenant DetectionsReports data regarding detected threats.Tenant UserReports data regarding tenant users.Policy DetailsReports data regarding device policies.Health ReportAutomatically reports data regarding the health of your environment on a monthly basis. You can download the reports from theReports > Recently Runtab.
- In theReport Fieldssection, select the desired report fields.
- In theReport Filterssection, select the desired filter and configure it's parameters if needed.
- If you want to specify a schedule to run a report, turn onSchedule Reportand do one of the following:ActionStepsRun the report once on a specific date.
- ClickOne-Time.
- Set the date you want the report to run on.
Run the report on a regular basis.- ClickRecurring.
- Select the recurrence period.
- Set the start and end dates you want the report to run on.
- Do one of the following:
- To save and run the report, clickSave and Run Report.
- To save the report without running it, clickSave & Finish. You can run a saved report from theReportstab by clicking beside the desired report.
- To view and download recently generated reports, on theReportspage, clickRecently Run.
- You will receive an email notification after a report is generated and available to view.
- To edit a report, on theReportstab, click beside the desired report.
