Enforce offline access
As a workspace owner, enforce offline access on a workspace for all
members of the workspace. This feature is only available to registered
organizations.
Offline access can be enforced on a workspace only during
the workspace creation process.
- Tap >Add Workspace.
- In theEnter workspace namearea, enter the name for the workspace.
- In theEnter workspace descriptionarea, enter a description for the workspace.
- In theAdd administrators' email addressesarea, enter the email addresses of users that you want to add as workspace administrators.
- Dependent on your organizational policies, in theRead Acknowledgement Requiredtoggle option, select to retain the default (on), or switch the option off.
- Dependent on your organizational policies, in theEnforce offline accesstoggle option, switch the option on.
- TapCreate.
The workspace will be enforced with offline access to all
members you added to the workspace.
