devices that require reactivation to use a hardened channelPerform these steps to export a list of devices that are not already using a hardened channel. Each user that has a device that is listed in the file that you export must reactivate their device in the Self-Service portal.
- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickSettings > Migration > macOS Hardened Channel.
- ClickExport. A list of devices that must be reactivated is downloaded.
- Contact the users who have devices in the list and have them reactivate their devices in the Self-Service Portal. For information about reactivating in the Self-Service portal, see the BlackBerry UEM Self-Service User Guide.
