Send a bulk command

You can send a command to multiple user accounts or devices at the same time by selecting the users or devices from the user list and sending a bulk command.
If you want to set an expiry period for commands that delete data from devices, see Set an expiry time for commands.
  1. On the menu bar, click
    Users > Managed devices
    .
  2. If necessary, filter the user list.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Select the check box at the top of the user list to select all users and devices in the list.
    • Select the check box for each user and device that you want to include. You can use Shift+click to select multiple users.
  4. From the menu, click one of the following icons:

    You can select a maximum of 100 devices at a time.

    To use this bulk command, you must be a Security Administrator. You can select a maximum of 200 devices at a time.
