My messages aren't syncing
Start by checking the following:
- Make sure that your device is connected to a mobile orWi-Finetwork.
- If your device is connected to a mobile network, check that your cellular data is turned on.
- If you changed an account password recently, make sure that you update the password in your account settings. In theBlackBerry Hub+Inbox, tap . In theAccounts & viewssection, tapManage accountsand then tap your account. In theServer settingssection, change your password, and then tap .
Then try the following:
- Make sure that your device is syncing information for all accounts. In the device settings, tapUsers & accounts. Make sure that depending on what you are trying to sync, theAuto-sync work dataandAuto-sync personal dataswitches are turned on.
- Verify that email synchronization is turned on. In theBlackBerry Hub+Inbox, tap . In theAccounts & viewssection, tapManage accountsand then tap your account. Make sure that theSync emailswitch is turned on. If the switch is turned on, try turning it off and then turning it on again.
- Check the synchronization interval. In theBlackBerry Hub+Inbox, tap . In theAccounts & viewssection, tapManage accountsand then tap your account. Confirm that theSync intervalfield in theData usagesection is not set toNever.
- Try removing the email account from theBlackBerry Hub+Inbox, and then re-adding it.
- If your messages still aren't syncing, try searching the BlackBerry Knowledge Base.
