My messages aren't syncing

Start by checking the following:
  • Make sure that your device is connected to a mobile or 
    Wi-Fi
     network.
  • If your device is connected to a mobile network, check that your cellular data is turned on. 
  • If you changed an account password recently, make sure that you update the password in your account settings. In the 
    BlackBerry Hub+
     Inbox, tap the gear icon. In the 
    Accounts & views
     section, tap 
    Manage accounts
     and then tap your account. In the 
    Server settings
     section, change your password, and then tap the check mark
Then try the following:
  • Make sure that your device is syncing information for all accounts. In the device settings, tap 
    Users & accounts
    . Make sure that depending on what you are trying to sync, the 
    Auto-sync work data
     and 
    Auto-sync personal data 
    switches are turned on. 
  • Verify that email synchronization is turned on. In the 
    BlackBerry Hub+
     Inbox, tap the gear icon. In the 
    Accounts & views
     section, tap 
    Manage accounts
     and then tap your account. Make sure that the 
    Sync email
     switch is turned on. If the switch is turned on, try turning it off and then turning it on again. 
  • Check the synchronization interval. In the 
    BlackBerry Hub+
     Inbox, tap the gear icon. In the 
    Accounts & views
     section, tap 
    Manage accounts
     and then tap your account. Confirm that the 
    Sync interval
     field in the 
    Data usage
     section is not set to 
    Never
    .
  • Try removing the email account from the 
    BlackBerry Hub+
     Inbox, and then re-adding it.
