I can't add an email account
Try the following:
- If you receive a message saying that your account can't be authenticated, make sure that you typed the correct email address and password.
- Try adding the email account manually. In theBlackBerry Hub+Inbox, tap . Enter an email address, and then tapManual setup.
- If you're trying to add a work account supported by an enterprise mobility management solution fromBlackBerry, make sure that you have an activation password from your administrator.
- If you're trying to add an email account supported byMicrosoft Exchange ActiveSync, contact your administrator or email service provider to find out if you need to change any settings for the account.
