I can't add an email account

Try the following:
  • If you receive a message saying that your account can't be authenticated, make sure that you typed the correct email address and password.
  • Try adding the email account manually. In the 
    BlackBerry Hub+
     Inbox, tap  the add accounts icon   . Enter an email address, and then tap 
    Manual setup
    .
  • If you're trying to add a work account supported by an enterprise mobility management solution from 
    BlackBerry
    , make sure that you have an activation password from your administrator.
  • If you're trying to add an email account supported by 
    Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
    , contact your administrator or email service provider to find out if you need to change any settings for the account.
