Create or rename a folder
To create or rename a folder, you must be connected to a wireless network.
- In theBlackBerry Hub+Inbox, tap

- Beside an account, tap

All Folders. - Do any of the following:
- To create a folder, if necessary, touch and hold a parent folder. Tap

Add folder. Enter a folder name, and then tapCreate. - To rename a folder, touch and hold a folder. Tap
. Make your changes, and then tap
Save.
Synchronize a folder
You can synchronize the messages in a folder once, or you can turn on automatic synchronization for a folder that you use frequently.
- In theBlackBerry Hub+Inbox, tap

- Beside an account, tapAll Folders.
- Tap a folder, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
To stop synchronizing a folder, tap

Accounts & views
section, tap Manage accounts
. Tap an account, then tap Email folder sync settings
. Clear the checkbox beside the folder that you want to stop syncing.Pin a folder to your navigation drawer
When you pin a folder to your navigation drawer, your folder appears in your account list when you expand an account.
