- Do one of the following:
- To block and email address: In theUsersbox, enter the full email address of the user that you want to block.
- To block anMicrosoft Active Directorygroup: In theActive Directoriesbox, enter the name of theActive Directorygroup that you want to block.
- ClickSave.The email address orActive Directorygroup is added to the blocked users list. The user or members of theActive Directorygroup will not be able to sign in to your organization, and will not have access to any files protected byBlackBerry Workspacesin your organization.
