- Enter theGroupdetails and clickNext.TheAdd a permitted groupwindow opens.
- In theDefault permissionsarea, clickAdvanced. Make sure thatWatermarkis selected.
- ClickAdd.The group is created. Anytime users from this group access the workspace documents, watermarks are displayed. Users can also add or remove watermarks using the watermark setting per document when sending documents via theBlackBerry Workspacesplugin forMicrosoft Outlook.
