Generate licensing reports

There are two types of licensing reports:

The Licensing Snapshot
report gives a detailed list of every user in the Workspaces organization, including information about whether they consume a "contributor" or "sender" license.

The Licensing Snapshot including internal domains
report gives a summary of the total number of internal users that consume a license based on the internal domains.

Both reports can be generated on demand, or you can choose to have it automatically generated weekly and sent to all organization super-administrators and administrators. The reports reflect the current users only; removed users are not counted, but may still be counted in your license. Therefore, the reports may not fully represent your organization's licensing information. Contact your

account representative for more information on your licensing model.

recommends that you have both licensing reports sent automatically every week and correlate the information to fully capture your license status.

Set internal domains

In the left pane, click

Do one of the following:

Task	Steps
Generate a licensing snapshot	In the Licensing snapshot report section, click Generate Report to generate a report immediately. Optionally, select Send licensing snapshot report to organization administrators once a week and click Apply .
Generate a licensing snapshot including internal domains	In the Licensing snapshot report including internal domains section, do the following: In the Internal domains field, specify the internal domains of your organization. Click Apply and Generate Report . Optionally, select Send licensing snapshot report to organization administrators once a week and click Apply .
