(Optional) Install certificates for cloud delivery services

Certificates to access cloud delivery services such as TAS, email, and SMS are automatically installed as part of the
BlackBerry AtHoc
installation.
If you need to reinstall these certificates, complete the following steps for each
BlackBerry AtHoc
application server:
  1. Locate and download the following certificate files to the application server and rename the extension to
    .CER
    :
    • DigiCert
    • DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA
  2. Open the Windows
    Start
    menu and in the search field, type
    mmc.exe
    . The Microsoft Management Center (MMC) opens.
  3. Click
    File
    >
    Add/Remove Snap-in
    .
  4. Click
    Certificates
    , click
    Add
    . The Certificate snap-ins dialog opens.
  5. Select
    Computer account
    and click
    Next
    .
  6. Select
    Local computer
    .
  7. Click
    Finish
    and click
    OK
    .
  8. To import the certificate, copy the certificate file to the application server.
  9. Open
    MMC
    and navigate to
    Trusted Root Certificate Authorities
    >
    Certificates
    .
  10. Right-click
    Certificates
    and click
    All Tasks
    >
    Import
    . The Certificate Import Wizard opens.
  11. Click
    Next
    and click
    Browse
    .
  12. Navigate to where you saved the certificates.
  13. Before the
    File name
    field, in the
    File type
    drop-down list, select
    All Files (*.*)
    .
  14. Select a certificate and click
    Open
    .
  15. Click
    Next
    twice, and click
    Finish
    .
  16. Restart IIS.
