Certificates to access cloud delivery services such as TAS, email, and SMS are automatically installed as part of the
BlackBerry AtHoc
installation.If you need to reinstall these certificates, complete the following steps for each
BlackBerry AtHoc
application server:- Go to the following URL: https://www.digicert.com/digicert-root-certificates.htm
- Locate and download the following certificate files to the application server and rename the extension to.CER:
- DigiCert
- DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA
- Open the WindowsStartmenu and in the search field, typemmc.exe. The Microsoft Management Center (MMC) opens.
- ClickFile>Add/Remove Snap-in.
- ClickCertificates, clickAdd. The Certificate snap-ins dialog opens.
- SelectComputer accountand clickNext.
- SelectLocal computer.
- ClickFinishand clickOK.
- To import the certificate, copy the certificate file to the application server.
- OpenMMCand navigate toTrusted Root Certificate Authorities>Certificates.
- Right-clickCertificatesand clickAll Tasks>Import. The Certificate Import Wizard opens.
- ClickNextand clickBrowse.
- Navigate to where you saved the certificates.
- Before theFile namefield, in theFile typedrop-down list, selectAll Files (*.*).
- Select a certificate and clickOpen.
- ClickNexttwice, and clickFinish.
- Restart IIS.
