customer support to obtain the SQL scripts required for this procedure.- Set up a staging database server runningMicrosoft SQL Server.
- Proceed with the installation of the database server on the staging database server, as described in Install the database server.
- After the database server installation is complete, back up the newAtHocdatabases on the staging server, and then move the backups from the staging server to the production database server.
- Restore the databases on the production database server using the Enterprise Manager or by running the stored procedure dbo.RestoreATPUB from the msdb database. Use the SQL script provided byBlackBerry AtHoccustomer support to create the stored procedure.
- RecreateAtHocdatabase users by running the stored procedure dbo.ATH_CREATE_USERS from the msdb database. Use the SQL script provided byBlackBerry AtHoccustomer support to create the stored procedure.
- Continue with the installation of the application server, as described in Install the application server.
