BlackBerry AtHoc
supports several types of log-in configurations. Operators can manually login using a username and password, a personal identification verification (PIV) card, or a Common Access Card (CAC) card.The following list displays the high-level steps to configure operator authentication using CAC or PIV cards:
- Gather information from the customer to determine what type of PIV or CAC card will be used by operators. If the card type is not supported, contactBlackBerry AtHoccustomer support.
- ConfigureBlackBerry AtHocsecurity settings.
- Restart IIS.
