Set the server locale to US English
If you switch the locale of the server’s operating system to anything other than US English, errors appear in the event log when you publish an alert and receive tracking information.
- In the Control Panel, clickClock, Language, and Region.
- ClickRegion.
- On the Formats tab, in the Format drop-down list, selectEnglish (United States).
- On the Location tab, in the Home location list, selectUnited States.
- On the Administrative tab, clickChange system localeand select English (United States).
- Restart the system.
