Import OTP tokens into
BlackBerry UEM

To import OTP tokens, you need a .csv (comma delimited) file that contains information about the tokens. The.csv file is read by
BlackBerry UEM
 using a configuration file (CSVConfig.json).
You need to modify the default CSVConfig.json file so that
BlackBerry UEM
 can correctly parse and then store the token information in the database. For more information, see Modifying the CSVConfig configuration file.
  1. On the menu bar, click
    Settings
     >
    External integration
     >
    One-Time Password tokens
    .
  2. Click
    Browse
    .
  3. Navigate to and select the .csv file that contains the information about the tokens.
  4. Click
    Upload
    .
