- On the menu bar, clickSettings > External integration > Apple Push Notification.
- In theStep 2 of 3 - Request APNs certificate from Applesection, clickApple Push Certificate Portal. You are directed to theApplePush Certificates Portal.
- Sign in to theApplePush Certificates Portal using a validAppleID.
- Follow the instructions to upload the signed CSR (.plist). Note that if the following error displays: "You have uploaded an invalid file type. Supported file extensions are .txt, .rtf, .plist, .b64.", you can rename the file to a .txt file format and upload the CSR again.
- Download and save the APNs certificate (.pem) on your computer.
- (Optional) Click to display aNotewindow.
- In theNotewindow, type theAppleID that you used to request the APNs certificate.You must use the sameAppleID to renew the certificate.
- Click anywhere outside of theNotewindow to close it.
