2When you prepare a device,
Apple Configurator
2 wipes the device and upgrades the device OS to the latest version.- OpenApple Configurator2.
- Connect one or moreiOSdevices to your computer.
- ClickPrepare.
- In theConfigurationdrop-down list, selectManual. ClickNext.
- In theServerdrop-down list, select theBlackBerry UEMserver. ClickNext.
- Optionally, select theSupervise devicescheckbox. ClickNext.
- If you selectedSupervise devices, complete the organization information.
- ClickPrepareand wait while the device is prepared. The process can take up to 15 minutes.
Distribute the devices to users for activation.
