Access the
BlackBerry
 myAccount Support portal

  1. Click the
    BlackBerry
    Workspaces
     icon in the menu bar, and select
    Preferences
    .
  2. Click the
    Help
     tab.
  3. In the
    Support
     area, click
    Learn More
    .
    The online
    BlackBerry
     myAccount support portal opens, where you can browse for self-service tools and access enhanced management capabilities for your account.
