Find all requests and responses for a specific customer contact
- Log in to theCylanceGUARDportal administrator console.
- In the filter navigator, typeBlackBerry AtHoc Diagnostic 2.
- UnderBlackBerry AtHoc, clickBlackBerry AtHoc Diagnostic 2.
- On theBlackBerry AtHoc Diagnostic 2screen, click to display the filter options.
- Create the filterPayload contains<email-address>to display all requests and responses for the specified user.
- Optionally, add an additionalTransaction Typefilter to filter out specific transaction types.
- ClickRun.
