Enable personal devices

Enable the personal devices that GUARD analysts can use to send automatic notifications about escalations to customers.
  1. Log in to the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system as an administrator.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click The Settings icon.
  3. On the
    Settings
     screen, in the
    Devices
     section, click
    Devices
    .
  4. On the
    Devices
     screen, select the check boxes in the rows for the devices you want to enable.
  5. Click
    More Actions
     >
    Enable
    .
  6. On the
    Enable Device(s)
     confirmation window, click
    OK
    .
