Create the Cylance-Guard-Account user attribute

  1. Log in to the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system as an administrator.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click
    Users
     >
    User Attributes
    .
  3. On the
    User Attributes
     screen, search for the "Cylance-Guard-Account" user attribute. If this attribute exists, skip the remaining steps. If the "Cylance-Guard-Account" attribute does not exist, continue to Step 4.
  4. Click
    New
     >
    Multi-select Picklist
    .
  5. On the
    New Attribute
     screen, type
    Cylance-Guard-Account
     in the
    Name
     field. This name is case-sensitive. The
    Common Name
     field populates automatically. Leave the
    Users Can Update
     option selected.
  6. Click
    Save
    .
