integration requires one update set file. This file contains the application files needed to install the integration. Contact BlackBerry AtHoc
customer support for the update set file.- Log in to theCylanceGUARDportal administrator console.
- In the filter navigator, typeRetrieved Update Sets.
- ClickRetrieved Update Sets.
- On theRetrieved Update Setsscreen, in theRelated Linkssection, clickImport Update Set from XML.
- On theImport XMLscreen, clickChoose File.
- Navigate to and select the update set file.
- ClickUpload. You can upload only one update set at a time.The update set appears on theRetrieved Update Setsscreen in a Loaded state.
- Click the update set record.
- On the update set record details page, clickPreview Update Setto view the changes that are included in the update set. During the preview, errors are displayed due to conflicts between the files present in the update set and the files that are already present inCylanceGUARD. The displayed errors must be resolved before the update set can be committed to theBlackBerry AtHocCylanceGUARDintegration.
- On theUpdate Set Previewwindow, clickClose.
- On the update set details page, scroll down to view the errors.
- For theoauth_entity_id-numbererror, clickSkip remote updatein theAvailable Actionscolumn.
- For all remaining errors, clickAccept remote update.
- ClickCommit Update Set.
