for a customer account

Enable
BlackBerry AtHoc
for any customer account that should receive escalation alerts on the
BlackBerry AtHoc
mobile app.
  1. Log in to the
    CylanceGUARD
    portal administrator console.
  2. In the filter navigator, type
    Accounts
    .
  3. Under
    Customer Service
    >
    Customer
    , click
    Accounts
    .
  4. On the
    Accounts View: Case
    screen, select the customer account on which to enable
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    .
  5. On the account details screen, select the
    AtHoc Enabled
    option.
  6. Click
    Update
    .
