mobile app.- Log in to theCylanceGUARDportal administrator console.
- In the filter navigator, typeAccounts.
- UnderCustomer Service>Customer, clickAccounts.
- On theAccounts View: Casescreen, select the customer account on which to enableBlackBerry AtHoc.
- On the account details screen, select theAtHoc Enabledoption.
- ClickUpdate.
