Enable ECP support for 
Office 365

  1. In the 
    BlackBerry UEM
     management console, on the menu bar, click 
    Apps
    .
  2. Click 
    Add an app
    .
  3. Click 
    Enterprise Identity
  4. Click 
    Open Enterprise Identity console
    . The administrator console opens in a new browser tab. If the console does not open, ensure that you have enabled pop-ups in your browser. 
  5. On the 
    Enterprise
     page, change the 
    ECP Support for Microsoft Office 365
     option to 
    On
    .
  6. Click 
    Save
    .
