Configure the

BlackBerry AtHoc

system

Create all custom fields to be synchronized and assign unique common names to them.

Create a user with operator permissions.

Give the new user the End Users Manager and any other required roles. For more information, see

Select the

Service Account

option in the new user profile. Selecting this option prevents the account from being automatically disabled or deleted, or having the required operator permissions revoked.
