 provides a log file for you to use when monitoring system health and troubleshooting errors.

: BBM Enterprise Alerts logs all errors and event information in the
BlackBerry AtHoc
 event log. Use the
BlackBerry AtHoc
 event log viewer to monitor the error messages. Use verbose mode to log detailed information. For more information about the event log viewer, see "Specify system setting options" in the
