View a list of your alerts and events

To view a list of your alerts and events in Self Service, click the
Inbox
button in the top navigation bar. The Inbox appears, and displays the following information about your alerts and events:
  • Severity
  • Title
  • Status (Live or Ended)
  • Updated date and time
  • Type
  • Published By
  • Attachments: Alerts and events in the Inbox that include a map display a The Location icon. Alerts and events that include an attachment display a The Attachments icon.
By default, 20  items are displayed per page. You can set the Inbox to display 50 or 100 items per page.
This list contains only live and ended alerts and events that have been sent to you.
Click any column heading to sort the Inbox. Click The Refresh icon to update the Inbox.
