Update your password

The information in the following topic is relevant only if you log in to Self Service manually using a username and password.
  1. In the top navigation bar, click
    My Profile
    . The My Profile screen appears, displaying all of your profile information.
  2. In the
    Password
    section, click
    Edit
    .
  3. On the
    Password
    window, enter and confirm your new password.
    Any password rules that your organization has created appear on the screen under the Confirm New Password field. If you do not follow the rules, an error message appears and your password is not accepted.
  4. Optionally, if your system has reCAPTCHA enabled for user verification, select the
    I'm not a robot
    check box.
  5. Click
    Update
    .
  6. On the
    My Profile
    page, click
    Save
    .
