Update your password
The information in the following topic is relevant only if you log in to Self Service manually using a username and password.
- In the top navigation bar, clickMy Profile. The My Profile screen appears, displaying all of your profile information.
- In thePasswordsection, clickEdit.
- On thePasswordwindow, enter and confirm your new password.Any password rules that your organization has created appear on the screen under the Confirm New Password field. If you do not follow the rules, an error message appears and your password is not accepted.
- Optionally, if your system has reCAPTCHA enabled for user verification, select theI'm not a robotcheck box.
- ClickUpdate.
- On theMy Profilepage, clickSave.
