Register for Self Service

If you have the
BlackBerry AtHoc
 desktop app installed on your desktop, you do not need to register and this section is not relevant to you.
  1. Click the URL link for
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     Self Service that was provided to you by your administrator.
  2. On the
    Registration
     screen enter an email address or username.
  3. Create and confirm a password for your account.
  4. Complete any additional required fields.
  5. If your system has reCAPTCHA enabled for user verification, select the
    I'm not a robot
     check box.
  6. Click
    Register
    . Your profile page opens in Self Service.
  7. On the
    My Profile
     page, complete all required fields.
  8. If your system is configured to require an organizational hierarchy selection, click
    Select
     next to
    Updated Organizational Hierarchy
    .
  9. On the
    Select the Organizational Position
     window, select your organizational hierarchy and click
    Apply
    .
  10. Click
    Submit
    .
You can now go to your Inbox to view and respond to alerts and messages from your organization.
