Select search results
After you run a search, you can select individual users or all users from the search results list.
- To select individual users, select their corresponding check box in the first column.
- To select all search results, select the check box in the column header of the first column.
When users are selected, click
More Actions
and select any of the following actions:- Enable the selected users
- Disable the selected users
- Delete the selected users
- Export the user information to .csv
- Export the user information to .pdf
Subscribed users from other organizations that appear in the search results can be viewed but not edited, disabled, deleted, or exported.
The Users list also contains a link that allows you to import users from a spreadsheet or other file, which would not require the selection of users from the search results.
