Configure SDK access security

The SDK Access Security setting allows you to specify a list of IP addresses that are authorized to call the SDK. If no IP addresses are specified, any computer can send API requests (subject to username and password restrictions.) Each API request must include a username and password to provide secure access to the API and to define the rights of specific API requests.
You must have the required operator role to submit an API request. For more information, see the BlackBerry AtHoc Roles and Permissions Matrix.
  1. In the navigation bar, click .
  2. In the
    Users
    section, click
    User Authentication
    .
  3. On the
    User Authentication
    screen, scroll down to the
    SDK Access Security
    section.
  4. In the
    Allowed IP Addresses
    field, enter a list of IP addresses, separated by commas, that are authorized to access the SDK.
  5. Click
    Save
    .
