Edit or delete a dependent
- Log in to theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system as an administrator.
- In the navigation bar, clickUsers>Users.
- On theUsersscreen, search or scroll down to find the sponsor whose dependents you want to edit or delete.
- Click the row with the sponsor user's name.
- On the user details screen, clickMore Actions>View Dependents. The Dependents screen opens.
- Optionally, enter a name in theSearch by namefield to find a specific dependent.
- Click the row for a dependent.
- On theEdit Dependentscreen, edit the basic user information, contact information, or password as needed.
- Optionally, in theBlackBerry AtHoc Appssection, clickActive(x)besideMobile Appto delete the dependent's unused mobile device. On theUser Mobile Deviceswindow, click beside the mobile device you want to delete.
- Optionally, clickDeleteto delete the dependent. ClickDeleteon the confirmation window that appears.
- ClickSave.
