View system health monitors with errors

You can view the details of system health monitors that are in an Error state.
You must be a System Administrator, Enterprise Administrator or Organization Administrator to view health monitors. You must be an Enterprise Administrator or System Administrator to edit or create a new health monitor.
  1. In the navigation bar, click Settings icon.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • In the
      System Setup
      section, click
      Global System Health
      to view errors for the global system.
    • In the
      System Setup
      section, click
      System Health
       to view errors for the organization.
  3. On the
    System Visibility Console
    or
    Organization Visibility Console
    screen, in the
    Errors & Warnings
    section, click a monitor name.
The screen that appears has a red field at the top that explains why the monitor is in an Error state. The Testing history field displays the state of the monitor during each recent test is displayed. Expand additional sections to view more detailed information about each error.
