Enable, disable, or end steps

When an incident is live, the plan manager can enable, end, and disable steps in the plan. All steps are enabled by default.
No actions can be performed on Free Text steps.
  1. Log in to the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    management system as an operator with plan manager permissions.
  2. Click
    Plan
    >
    Incident Manager
    .
  3. Optionally, select
    Live Incidents
    to filter the list of incidents.
  4. Select the incident that you want to enable or disable steps for.
  5. On the incident details page, click Enabled incident step, Disabled incident step, or
    End
    for each step.
    Disabled steps cannot be activated. Disabled steps can be enabled. Enabled steps can be activated. Activated steps can be ended.
