Fix saved searches in the dashboard
In the dashboard, there is a known issue that may cause some of the saved searches to lose their accumulated data settings. If you find that some of the dashboards are not populating, try the following to correct the issue.
- In QRadar, navigate to theDashboardtab.
- UnderShow Dashboard, selectCylance Dashboard.
- Click the settings button for the dashboard that is not loading.
- SelectCapture Time Series Data.
- Refresh the browser page. You may need to clear your browser cache.
