Edit the attribute mapping in UEM

Before you can synchronize users from UEM to 
BlackBerry AtHoc
, you must update the attribute mapping settings in UEM to ensure that devices are paired between UEM and 
BlackBerry AtHoc
. The Email device is paired between UEM and 
BlackBerry AtHoc
 by default. However, you must still edit the attribute mapping for the email device to ensure that the UEM device is mapped to the correct 
BlackBerry AtHoc
 device common name.
  1. In UEM, on the menu bar, click 
    Settings
     > 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     > 
    User sync settings
    .
  2. On the 
    User sync settings
     page, click 
    Edit attribute mapping and sync schedule
    .
  3. Click the 
    Attribute mapping
     tab. The device mapping table lists the paired UEM attributes and 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     devices.
  4. Select an attribute from the 
    UEM Attribute
     pull-down menu.
  5. Select a device from the 
    BlackBerry AtHoc Device
     pull-down menu.
  6. Click 
    Pair
    . The device mapping is added to the table.
  7. Click 
    Save
    .

  8. Optionally, select a pairing in the table and click 
    UnPair
     to remove it.
