UEM user roles

Users with the Enterprise Administrator, Senior Help Desk, or Security Administrator UEM user role can perform the following 
UEM Notifications
 tasks:
  • Access the 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     connection settings page in UEM
  • Synchronize users
  • Pair and unpair 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     devices
  • Send notifications from All user’s or Group panels
The Junior Help Desk user role does not provide any permissions to configure or use 
UEM Notifications
