Configure
BlackBerry AtHoc
settings in UEM

Before you begin sending messages using
UEM Notifications
, you must configure
BlackBerry AtHoc
settings in the UEM console.
  1. Log in to the UEM console as an administrator.
  2. On the left panel select
    Settings
    >
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    .
  3. On the
    BlackBerry AtHoc connection settings
    screen, enter the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    system URL in the format:
    https://<athocserver.domain.com>
    .
  4. In the
    Username
    field, enter the username of the operator that you created in Create an operator.
  5. In the
    Password
    field, enter a password.
  6. In the
    Client id
    field, enter the client ID that you copied in Generate the client ID and client secret.
  7. In the
    Client secret
    field, enter the client secret that you copied in Generate the client ID and client secret.
  8. In the
    Organization code
    field, enter the organization code that you copied in Copy the organization code.
  9. Click
    Test connection
    to verify your settings.
  10. In the
    Alert Template
    field, enter the alert template common name provided by
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    during system provisioning. The default alert template for a UEM-enabled organization in
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    is "UEM_DEFAULT_MESSAGE." If the default alert template does not exist, create an alert template.
  11. Click
    Verify
    to validate your settings.
  12. Click
    Save
    .
