Create and publish alerts
Alerts are communications sent to your organization, to mobile users, or to outside organizations. A BlackBerry® AtHoc® operator creates alerts and targets users, distribution lists, mobile users, and organizations through IPAWS or
AtHoc Connect
. Operators publish alerts from the alerts menu in the BlackBerry AtHoc
management system or from the mobile app.Enterprise Administrators can send alerts to users in their suborganizations. Enterprise Administrators, Organization Administrators, and any operator that has alert publishing permissions in a super enterprise organization can send alerts to users in their sub enterprises and suborganizations.
Incoming alerts are alerts received from mobile users, outside organizations, or IPAWS.
